4. Both parties have the right to terminate the contract without notice for unavoidable reasons. On August 13, 2020, WE Charity registered to lobby the government with 18 people on the plaque. As part of the agreement, WE Charity was also allowed to submit its lobbying activities retroactively, which showed that it had been in contact with many government agencies 43 times since the beginning of 2020, with more than half of the communication.  A non-tender competition selected WE Charity for the management of the CSSG, which would have created scholarships for students who had volunteered during the COVID 19 pandemic.   The contract was signed on June 23, 2020 with WE Charity Foundation of a company linked to WE Charity. It was agreed that WE Charity, which had already started on May 5 at its own risk with eligible costs for the project, would receive $43.53 million for the management of the program; $30 million was donated on June 30, 2020 to the WE Charitable Foundation.  It was then fully repaid. The contract automatically expires in the following cases: 1. The contract between WeePartner and weeConomy is concluded for an indeterminate period. (4) The right of both parties to terminate the contract without notice, if there is a good reason to do so, is not affected. An important reason is (3) weeConomy expressly reserves the right to associate third parties in the performance of its obligations under this agreement or to transfer all or part of its activities to third parties. WeeConomy may also transfer the contract to third parties without WeePartner`s approval. (a) there is a good reason for weeConomy, especially if: (i) there is evidence that weeMember uses weeConomy services for purposes contrary to the agreement; (ii) a competent court or authority makes a final and binding decision to terminate the provision of services provided in December; (iii) there is reason to believe that WeeMember provided false or incomplete information at the time of the contract; (iv) require predominant public interests; (v) documents and objects sent to weeMember, which are returned with the word „displaced,“ „deceased,“ „not accepted,“ „unknown“ or otherwise, and weeMember does not correct erroneous data within 30 calendar days of receipt of the application; (vi) WeeMember undertakes not to rely in due course on the errors referred to in paragraph 6, paragraph 1 of these GVCs, or to reappear the same or the same culpable offence later after the breach of duty; (vii) if WeeMember objects to a change in the terms of the contract; On June 23, 2020, a contract will be signed between the government and the FOUNDATION FOR THE CHARITY.   LA WE Charity Foundation is an independent organization of WE Charity.  Words whose initial letter is capitalized have meanings that are defined under the following conditions. The following definitions must have the same meaning, whether they appear singular or plural. (2) Additional agreements, supplements or complements to these terms and conditions, special provisions or other contractual documents must be made in the form of a text, subject to stricter legislation to be valid.
